Text Message Service

If you subscribe to our Text Messaging Services, you thereby agree to receive text messages at the number you provide for such purposes. The messages will come from Triangle Tech.

Triangle Tech will never rent or sell your phone number to any third party, nor will we use your phone number to initiate a call or text message to you without your express or implied prior consent. Participation in our service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging charges will apply. You may change your mind at any time by following the opt-out instructions below. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to sign up for the Text Messaging Service, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. Your wireless carrier and other service providers also collect data about your text message usage, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

You acknowledge and agree that the Text Message Service is provided via wireless systems which use radios (and other means) to transmit communications over complex networks. We do not guarantee that your use of the Text Messaging Service will be private or secure, and we are not liable to you for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. You are fully responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the Text Messaging Service.

Triangle Tech uses pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising. These GIF files are provided by our ad management partner, DoubleClick. These files enable DoubleClick to recognize a unique cookie on your Web browser, which in turn enables us to learn which advertisements bring users to our website. The cookie was placed by us, or by another advertiser who works with DoubleClick. With both cookies and Spotlight technology, the information that we collect and share is anonymous and not personally identifiable. Cookies refer to data created by a Web server that is stored on a user's computer. It provides a way for the Web site to keep track of a user's patterns and preferences and, with the cooperation of the Web browser, to store them on the user's own hard disk.

We currently do not set any cookies. Our Web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail addresses of visitors to our Web sites. How Do We Use Info Collected?
