Private Scholarships
Many civic clubs, professional organizations, labor unions and private businesses offer scholarships and other types of aid to students. All scholarship announcements received by the school are posted on student bulletin boards throughout the school. The financial aid office will also assist you in locating private scholarship opportunities on request. High school students may contact their guidance counselor to learn more about privately sponsored financial aid opportunities.
Worksmith Institute Scholarship
The Worksmith scholarship program is intended to assist Pennsylvania students in post-secondary education who have exhausted all other sources of tuition assistance including PHEAA, PELL, SEOG as well as parental / spousal contributions. Before a student finds it necessary to drop-out of school for unmet need, he/she may apply to Worksmith Institute for assistance. Funds are limited and all awardees are selected by the Worksmith Institute.
