Triangle Tech Congratulates their 2019 Scholarship Winners

Triangle Tech recently announced their 2019 scholarship award recipients. All of these winners have demonstrated outstanding achievement, talent, and leadership qualities. Financial need is not a consideration in determining these awards. Triangle Tech awards one scholarship for each of its Associate in Specialized Technology Degree program offered. This year, there were almost 50 applicants and 17 of these students received the scholarship to cover 25% of their tuition cost. The winners are selected by an independent committee comprised of individuals representing business, education and government.

These scholarships are given once a year. Congratulations to all of our 2019 recipients!

At the Pittsburgh school, there were five students that earned this honor. The 2019 Scholarship Winners are: Jared Gwizdakand Damian Arenth, for Maintenance Electricity, Todd LongandNathan Stavesfor Carpentry and Construction, and Herminio Colon, Jr. for CADD with Additive Manufacturing & 3D Printing.

The Greensburg school had four students earn scholarships. The 2019 Welding Scholarship Winner is Micah Joel France. The Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Scholarship Winner is David George Campbell. The Maintenance Electricity Scholarship Winner is Jacob Swartz. The CADD with Additive Manufacturing & 3D Printing Scholarship Winner is Jacob Baumbach.

At the DuBois School, there were three students that earned this honor. The 2019 Maintenance Electricity Scholarship Winner is Shawn Claypoole. The 2019 Welding Scholarship Winner is James Bartruff. The 2019 CADD with Additive Manufacturing & 3D Printing Scholarship Winner is Jarrett B. Haugh.

The Sunbury School awarded two scholarships to students. The 2019 Maintenance Electricity Scholarship Winner is Ellen Benfer. Triangle Tech, Sunbury awarded the  2019 Carpentry and Construction Scholarship to Samantha Shrawder

At the Bethlehem School, there were three students that earned this honor. The 2019 Carpentry & Construction Scholarship Winner is Kelvin Alvarez-Serrano. The 2019 Maintenance Electricity Scholarship Winner is Kyle Kralick. The 2019 Welding Scholarship Winner is William Braddock.

We would like to congratulate all the winners of the award and also to all those that applied. This year the scholarship committee had their work cut out for them. Congratulations and best of luck!
